To create your profile, you will provide your valid email address, surname, first name, Mobile No, State and LGA of Origin and password, then click on the Sign Up button. 2. Subsequently, you shall use your email address and password to sign in.

3. Once logged in, you will be taken to the landing page where you will see all available services.

4. Select “Correction of Data”. This is available on the side bar or on the Home page

5. Once selected, the menu item “Course/Institution” will be revealed. Click this.

6. Once you select this service, a Transaction ID is generated for this service. This will be displayed on the confirmation page screen.

7. Review the details displayed on the Confirmation Page. Also, note the Transaction ID displayed in a bold red font. The Transaction ID is useful for all future references concerning the Transaction. A copy of this transaction ID will be sent to your registered email address.

8. Click on the Continue button if you wish to pay with your card immediately. If you wish to use other payment channels like ATM, Cash at the Bank or Quickteller, please note the transaction ID as it will be required.

9. On the Interswitch Payment page, enter your card details and click on the Pay button.

10. The status of your payment will be displayed on the “My Payment Section” An SMS and email containing your unique Transaction Identification and payment status will be sent to you after payment. Click on the Continue button.

11. Once payment is completed, you will be asked to provide the following:
a. Year of Exam and
b. JAMB Registration Number

12. After entering the information correctly, new options for Preferred course/Institution and second choices will appear. Options available will be based on availability.

13. Click Submit to complete your application.

14. JAMB will now process your application. If Approved, your details will be changed as requested.

How To Do UTME 2018 Jamb change of course and institution

  1. Firstly Visit https://www.jamb.org.ng/changeOfCourse_Inst.htm.
  2. Use your Jamb profile email address and password to login to your jamb portal.
  3. Once you are logged in, you will be taken to the landing page where you will see all available services.
  4. Now select “Application for Correction of Data.” This service is available on the sidebar or the Home page of jamb website portal
  5. Once you have selected the service, the menu item for “Course/Institution” will be shown to you. Click this and select the year you wrote your Jamb exam, then enter your registration number to fetch your details.
  6. A Transaction ID is generated for this service. This will be displayed on the confirmation page screen of the gadget you are using.
  7. Review the details displayed carefully on the Confirmation Page. Also, note the Transaction ID displayed is normally in a bold red font. NYSC Batch A Online Registration Portal was opened from Monday, 26th March – Sunday, 8th April, 2018 to enable them register for the NYSC 2018 Batch ‘A’ mobilization exercise.

NYSC Batch A Online Registration Portal

The Website address for the NYSC Batch A Online Registration is any of the following:

  1. www.nysc.gov.ng
  2. www.nysc.org.ng
  3. www.portal.nysc.gov.ng

In order to ensure a seamless NYSC Batch A Online Registration, prospective corps members are to note the following for strict compliance:

1. Prospective corps members should ensure that they have functional e-mail addresses that they can access and Nigerian (GSM) telephone numbers with which to register. Such e-mail address and phone numbers must be maintained throughout the service year.

2. Locally-trained prospective corps members are expected to use correct institution matriculation numbers to register.

3. For locally-trained graduates, only those whose names appear in the Senate/Academic Board Approved Result lists submitted by their institutions will have access to register on the NYSC portal.

4. Foreign-trained prospective corps members should NOTE that ONLY those that graduated from accredited institutions are qualified for mobilization. Any foreign-trained prospective corps member who is in doubt of the accreditation status of his/her institution should approach the Federal Ministry of Education for verification.

5. Foreign-trained Nigerian graduates are to visit the NYSC portal, register and upload the following documents:

a) West African School Certificate(WASC) (with not less than 5 Credits at 2 sittings) or its equivalent
or,
General Certificate of Education (GCE O’ Level) (with not less than 5 Credits at 2 sittings) or its equivalent
or,
NECO (with not less than 5 Credits at 2 sittings) or its equivalent
or,
NABTEB (with not less than 5 Credits at 2 sittings) or its equivalent
or,
High School Diploma or its equivalent for those who attended school in the USA, etc

b) First Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) Certificate (Second Degree or Ph.D. are not necessary). Holders of Higher Diploma Certificates are not qualified to register.

c) Complete official transcript of the First Degree or HND programme.

d) International Travelling Passport showing:

e) Graduates with dual nationalities are required to upload Personal Data Pages of both international passports and present the passports for physical verification at the orientation camp.

f) It is the responsibility of the prospective corps members who studied in non-English speaking countries to get their Certificates and Transcripts translated into the English language before uploading. The translated transcripts and certificates should also be presented for physical verification.

g) All graduates of Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Physiotherapy, Radiography, Optometry, Medical Laboratory Science, Nursing, and Pharmacy are expected to have their practicing license, Certificates of Registration with their professional bodies and upload same on the portal. Payment receipts are not acceptable.

6. Foreign-trained graduates seeking mobilization for national service should NOT visit NYSC Headquarters, Abuja, for physical verification of their documents. The exercise will be done at the orientation camps. They are to print their call-up letters online and report to the orientation camps in their states of deployment.

7. Foreign-trained graduates are expected to go to the camps with the original documents they uploaded for verification.

8. Provisional certificates, To Whom It May Concern, online print-out, scanned and photocopies of credentials are not acceptable.

9. Foreign-trained graduates who registered for Exemption Certificate shall present all their original academic credentials and international passport for physical verification when they come to collect the certificate at the National Directorate Headquarters, Abuja.

10. All foreign-trained graduates who registered and are excluded from service should also present original academic credentials and international passport at the NYSC NDHQ, Abuja for physical verification before Exclusion Letters are printed online.

11. All foreign-trained prospective corps members who registered but were not called up for service in the last batch should log on to the NYSC portal to revalidate their registration. This category of persons need not pay N3,000.00 (three thousand naira) again.

12. Anybody who presents any fake document will be demobilized, decamped and handed over to the security agency.

  • Prospective corps members should ensure that passport photograph used to meet the following specifications:
  • Ensure your face (eyes, nose, ears, mouth, and jaw) is fully shown without bending
  • Ensure the picture fills the frame and centralized
  • Ensure the photo background is white or off-white with no shadow

13. On no account should prospective corps members register by PROXY. They should also remember the fingers used for their biometric capturing as this will be used for verification at the orientation camps. Those who cannot be verified with their biometric at the orientation camps will not be registered.

14. Only prospective corps members who want their call-up numbers sent to them through SMS and wish to PRINT their call-up letters online are expected to pay the sum of Three Thousand Naira (N3,000.00) (see NYSC Portal on how to make payment).

15. Prospective corps members who do not want to pay the N3,000.00 have the option of going to their institutions to check their call-up numbers and collect their call-up letters.

16. All prospective corps members who had paid for the online registration before but were not mobilized need not pay again.

17. A married female prospective corps member (whether locally or foreign-trained) should upload copies of her marriage certificate, evidence of change of name and husband’s place of domicile during registration.

18. The orientation camps are not ideal for pregnant and nursing mothers. Prospective corps members in this category are, therefore, to note that they will not be accommodated.

19. Prospective corps members with serious health challenge should indicate their TRUE HEALTH STATUS during registration to enable concessional deployment for them.

Students with family income between $65,000- $150,000 a year- They will be asked to pay approximately 0%- 10% of their total income per year depending on family circumstances. That will be $0- $15,000 a year based on your total family income and your financial circumstances. 

Students with family income that is more than $150,000 a year- They will be asked to pay proportionally more than 10%. The exact amount is different for each student based on their circumstances.

Application Procedure For Harvard University Scholarships Award 2018

NYSC 2018/2019 Batch A Online Registration Commences [Official]

NYSC 2018/2019 Batch A Online Registration – This is to inform the general public that the National Youth Service Corps, NYSC portal has opened for NYSC 2018/2019 Batch A Online Registration of prospective corps members, PCMs.

Prospective corps members should ensure that they have a valid and functional e-mail address that they can access and Nigerian (GSM) telephone numbers with which to register.

NYSC 2018/2019 Batch A Online Registration Requirements/Mobilization

  1. For those graduates from nationwide Universities, polytechnics, Monotecnics etc, will only be mobilized based on the names submitted and approved names by the Senate/Academic board, hence unapproved result list and names will not access the portal for registration.
  2. Corps Members who attended institutions within the federal republic of Nigeria should ensure that they use the right Registration/Matriculation number for the registration.
  3. Interested corps members should make sure they have an email address and a GSM phone that is active before proceeding with the registration. These will be required before even starting the registration properly.

Requirements  For foreign students

  • Foreign-trained prospective corps members should ensure that their Institutions are accredited. Where in doubt, it is their responsibility to approach Federal Ministry of Education for verification. The letter of verification must be uploaded during registration.
  • Those who graduated from Institutions outside Nigeria, (Foreign-trained graduates), are to visit the NYSC portal, register and upload the following documents:

West African School Certificate(WASC) (with not less than 5 Credits at 2 sittings) or its equivalent; or

General Certificate of Education (GCE O’ Level) (with not less than 5 Credits at 2 sittings) or its equivalent; or NECO (with not less than 5 Credits at 2 sittings) or its equivalent; or High School Diploma or its equivalent.

First Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) Certificate (Second Degree or Ph.D. not necessary).

  1. Transcript of the first Degree or HND.
  2. International traveling Passport showing data page and date of departure for the course of study.
  • It is the responsibility of the prospective corps members who studied in non-English speaking countries to get their Certificates and Transcripts translated into the English language before uploading.
  • All graduates of Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Physiotherapy, Radiology, Optometry, Medical Laboratory Science, and Pharmacy are expected to have their Certificates of Registration with their professional bodies. Payment receipts are not acceptable.
  • Unlike that in the past, Foreign-trained graduates should NOT visit NYSC Headquarters, Abuja for verification of their documents. This exercise will now be done at the Orientation Camps. They should simply print their call-up letters online and report at the Orientation camps in their States of deployment but should come to the camp with the original documents they uploaded for verification.
  • Passport photographs used to meet the following specifications:
      1. Ensure your face (eyes, nose, ears, mouth, and jaw) is fully shown without bending
      2. Make sure the picture fills the frame and centralized
      3. Ensure the Photo background is white or off-white with no shadow.
  • On no account should prospective corps members register by PROXY. They should also remember the fingers used for their bio-metric capturing as these will be used for verification at the orientation camps. Those who cannot be verified with their bio-metric at the orientation camp will not be registered.
  • Only prospective corps members who want their call-up numbers sent to them through SMS and wish to PRINT their call-up letters on-line are expected to pay the sum of Three Thousand Naira (N3,000.00)
  • Prospective Corps members who do not want to pay the N3,000.00 have the option of going to their schools to collect their call-up numbers and call-up letters.
  • Married female prospective corps members (whether locally or foreign-trained) should upload copies of their marriage Certificates, evidence of Change of name and their husbands’ place of domicile during registration.
  • All Part-time graduates are expected to register online and wait for the collection of their Letter of Exclusion at their various Institutions. For those willing to print the Letter of Exclusion online, this can be done on payment of Three Thousand Naira (N3, 000.00) only.

How To Register For NYSC 2018/2019 Batch A Online Registration:

Graduates are to visit the Nysc portal via Click here for online registration and biometric data capture. They should upload a Passport photograph with the following specifications;
