- WASC West African School Certificate or SSCE with a minimum of 3 credits including English and mats and any other subject.
- NECO. National Examination Council or GCE with a minimum of 2 including English and mathematics. Or Ordinary Level with one setting of 3 subjects or 5 subjects gotten from 2 sittings.
- Candidates must possess B. Sc, HND, NCE, Ond from any recognized institution in the nation.

- The applicant must have a certificate of State of origin and Local government which indicated where you ate from and is duly signed by chairman or secretary of the Local Government.
- Computer literacy will be of added advantage.
